Another group I encountered while researching immigration groups was Iowa’s The Center for Worker Justice. This organization “unites low-wage workers in Eastern Iowa across race and immigration status to achieve social and economic justice through education, organization, direct service, and community alliances.” Again, with immigration being a top issue for me this year, I’m happy to make a donation to this group and begin to follow along with their work.
